The Adani Group is targeting an ambitious 100 GW energy generation capacity by 2030, spanning thermal, renewable, and pumped hydropower sources, Chairman Gautam Adani announced at the annual general meeting of Adani Enterprises. The plan includes 31 GW from Adani Power and 45 GW of renewable energy through Adani Green Energy.
Adani Energy Solutions is currently executing ₹44,000 crore worth of transmission projects and ₹13,600 crore in smart metering initiatives, underscoring the conglomerate’s aggressive expansion across India’s energy and utilities landscape.
The group reported a 7 per cent rise in revenue to ₹2.72 lakh crore in FY25, with Ebitda climbing over 8 per cent to ₹89,806 crore. Adani reaffirmed the group’s capital expenditure plan of $15–$20 billion annually for the next five years, calling them investments not just in the group but in India’s infrastructure future.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone handled a record 450 MMT cargo last fiscal, while Adani New Industries is poised to commission a 10 GW integrated solar module manufacturing facility by next fiscal. In the aviation sector, the group handled 94 million passengers, with Navi Mumbai’s greenfield airport set to open later this year with an initial capacity of 20 million passengers.

Calling the Dharavi redevelopment project its “most transformative,” Adani said the initiative will reimagine Asia’s largest slum into India’s most ambitious urban rehabilitation program. Over one million residents will transition from congested lanes to a modern township featuring open spaces, schools, hospitals, dual-toilet homes, and transport hubs.
Addressing governance concerns raised by the US Department of Justice and SEC, Adani asserted the group’s adherence to global standards. “Despite all the noise, no one from the Adani Group has been charged with violating the FCPA or conspiring to obstruct justice,” he said, emphasizing that the group’s compliance frameworks are “non-negotiable.”
