adani energy solutions

According to recent reports, Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) and RSWM Ltd, a flagship company of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, have signed an agreement under which AESL will supply 60 MW of renewable energy to RSWM’s manufacturing operations in Rajasthan.
As part of the deal, RSWM has invested ₹60 crore under the Group Captive Scheme, enabling the supply of approximately 31.53 crore units of green power annually. The agreement is expected to raise the share of renewables in RSWM’s total energy consumption from around 33% to nearly 70%.

Under the partnership, AESL will manage the entire green-power value chain for RSWM’s additional power requirement. The move underscores both companies’ focus on industrial decarbonisation and renewable energy scaling in the commercial & industrial (C&I) sector.
The deal positions RSWM to tap clean-energy sources at a significantly higher percentage of its power basket and enables AESL to strengthen its footprint in large-scale C&I renewable supply.
