Solar Pumps

CRI Solar, a division of CRI Pumps, has secured a significant letter of empanelment (LoE) from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The contract, valued at ₹3.2 billion, covers the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of 10,714 off-grid DC solar photovoltaic water pumping systems (SPWPS) with capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP under the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana.

The SPWPS units will be equipped with IoT-enabled remote monitoring systems and come with a five-year warranty for repair and maintenance, ensuring operational efficiency. This initiative is expected to provide sustainable and reliable water access in underserved and off-grid rural areas. Project execution will begin as per MSEDCL’s stipulated timelines.
