KPI Green Energy

KPI Green Energy announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Miyani Power Infra LLP, has received in-principle connectivity approval from the Central Transmission Utility of India (CTU) for a 642.6 megawatt wind power project in Gujarat.

The connectivity, granted under the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS), will facilitate power evacuation through a dedicated 400kV transmission line linking the project site to the Jam Khambhaliya pooling station, the company stated in a regulatory filing.

KPI Green Energy emphasised that this milestone marks a significant advancement in the company’s efforts to expand its renewable energy portfolio and reinforce national grid infrastructure. The approved connectivity will enable the project to participate in broader energy markets via open access and power exchange mechanisms.
